Benjamin "Smitty" Nauss graduated from Southwood College in 1968 and the University of South Carolina in 1971.  He began his sales career in 1970 with Noland Company where he was hired to handle inside sales, but quickly advanced to outside sales.  Smitty also represented Virden Lighting, an Ohio-based company, in North and South Carolina before beginning his long-term employment with Hesco, Inc.  After 16 years of representing Hesco in South Carolina, Smitty left in 1994 to form Ensales, Inc.  He has spent the last 8 years diligently working to build a bigger and better Ensales.  Presently, Smitty is the principle owner.

Barry E. Jones graduated from UNC-Pembroke in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration.  He immediately began his sales career with John Hancock Financial Services.  In 1994 Barry left insurance sales to become a part of the Electric Utility industry.  He joined Ensales in 1997 as a representative in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.  Barry resides in Clayton, North Carolina with his wife, Whitney, their son, Bryce, and daughter Blair.

Jim Amiss served with the United States Marine Corps from 1989-1993 as a Reconnaissance Team leader.  Upon leaving the service, he began his sales career with utility Sales Associates, Inc. while attending John Tyler Community College.  Jim temporarily left the industry in 1997 to become a Police Officer for the City of Richmond, VA.  Two years later, he rejoined the sales industry as an Outside Plant Specialist in territory spanning Virginia through Georgia for Teltek Sales, Inc.  Jim was hired by Ensales in 2002 to represent Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware, and Pennsylvania.  Jim resides in Powhatan, Virginia with his wife, Elizabeth, their son, Logan, and their daughter, Sara.

Kellie Heath graduated from Charles B. Aycock in 1996 in Pikeville.  She also has her degree in Information Systems, a diploma for Medical Transcript, and is a certified EMT.  She lives in Clayton NC with her husband Tim and two kids Kaleb, 7 and Matthew, 5.  She joined ENSALES in February of 2005 and has become a valuable member of the team.

Fred Murray graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 1999 and has recently completed his Master's Degree from Central Michigan University.  In addition to attending college, he has spent the last eight years working for Wesco Distribution, Inc. in sales and operations.  Fred also worked for Public Accounting Firm in Raleigh, North Carolina and continues to teach accounting and business in his spare time.  Fred joined Ensales in 2002 to oversee the Company's day-to-day operations.  Fred resides in Goldsboro, North Carolina with his daughters Sarah and Madison.

Don Rupp graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1988 with a degree in electrical engineering technology. After graduation, Don went to work for Pepco in Rockville , Maryland, in the distribution engineering group. In 1993 he went to work in the manufacturers' rep business and has continued to do so since then. Don was hired by Ensales in 2004 to handle the Maryland , Delaware , and Pennsylvania areas. Don brings with him much knowledge and experience to the Ensales team. He currently resides in Falling Waters, West Virginia, with his wife Stacy and two sons Aaron and Bryan.

Robert Wilson graduated from East Tennessee State University. Robert joined Ensales in January of 2004 to cover the area of western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. He worked for Stuart Irby out of Johnson City, Tennessee for five years. Robert brings with him much knowledge of the utility industry and market. He currently resides in Unicoi, Tennessee with his wife and son.

J. Kurt Yingling served in the United States Marine Corps. and later received an AST- Electrical Engineering Technology Degree from Penn Foster. He began his sales career in the Electrical Utility Industry in 1995, when he was hired on at CEEUS as an Inside Sales Representative for the Cooperative and Muni markets. He brings with him a great deal of knowledge and understand of the market place and industry as a whole, this is reinforced with his chosen career path, which includes the following; Served as the “Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Control” at Aiken Electric Cooperative, served as the “Outside Sales Manager” for Utiliserve in SC, served as a “Sales Representative” with Lekson Associates who is an manufacturer representative, and most recently was the “SC Territory Manager” for a manufacturer by the name of Hubbell Power Systems. He joined the Ensales team in 2008, he currently resides in South Carolina with his son Austin.
